hn999 Responsible Gaming
— Your protection is our priority
Enjoy entertainment within your limits. hn999 gives you everything you need to play safely and responsibly.
What is responsible gaming and why does it matter?
Online casino and betting is a popular form of entertainment — but like any entertainment, it should be enjoyed within limits. hn999 believes that ensuring the safety of every player is a core duty of a responsible platform.
Responsible gaming means more than staying within your budget — it means being aware of how you manage your time and money, avoiding mental dependence on gambling, and not hesitating to seek help when needed.
hn999 provides Bangladeshi players with various self-regulation tools — such as deposit limits, self-exclusion, time limits, and 24/7 support in Bengali. Our goal is for you to enjoy entertainment whenever you want, without it ever having a negative impact on your life.
Adults
Only
Age Restriction is Mandatory
To open an account and play any game at hn999, you must be 21 years of age or older. Minors are not permitted to play, and we urge parents and guardians to keep underage individuals away from access.
Our Self-Regulation Tools
hn999 provides the following self-regulation features for players. Change your settings at any time.
Set Deposit Limits
Decide in advance how much you will deposit daily, weekly, or monthly. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. A waiting period applies when requesting to increase a limit.
Time Limit (Time-Out)
Use the time-out feature if you want to take a short break. Your account can be temporarily suspended for 24 hours up to 6 weeks. Access is restored automatically when the break ends.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gambling is getting out of control, choose self-exclusion. Once active, you will have no access to your account for the set period and you will not receive any promotional messages.
Set Loss Limits
Your account will be locked automatically if your losses exceed a set amount. This feature protects you from unexpected large losses and prevents you from exceeding your budget.
Reality Reminders
After you have been playing for a set amount of time, hn999 will send you a reminder to take a break. This short pause helps you continue playing with a healthy mindset.
24/7 Support

Recognise the Signs of a Problem
If any of the following signs are present in you or someone close to you, help should be sought without delay.
- Wanting to bet beyond your budget and placing more bets to chase losses.
- Borrowing money, spending savings, or cutting essential expenses to gamble.
- Hiding gambling activity from family or friends.
- Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when not gambling.
- Spending excessive time gambling at the cost of work, studies, or relationships.
- Believing that playing a little more will lead to a win.
Good Habits for Healthy Gaming
Responsible players follow these guidelines and treat gambling purely as entertainment.
- Set a budget before you play and never exceed that limit.
- See gambling as entertainment, not as a source of income.
- Take a break after a set period and focus on other activities.
- Avoid playing when you are upset, stressed, or tired.
- Know when to stop even after a win — greed often leads to losses.
- Be open with your family and listen to their advice.
How to Use Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a powerful tool. Once activated, no login or transaction will be possible on your account for the set period.

Log in to your hn999 account and go to your profile settings.
Open the "Responsible Gaming" Section
Find the "Responsible Gaming" option in the settings menu.
Select a Duration
Choose 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion — whichever suits your needs.
Confirm and Notify Support
Confirm your request. If needed, let the support team know directly via live chat.
Important Warning
Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be cancelled before the set period ends. This is for your own protection. Any attempt to open a new account during self-exclusion will be blocked.
